Hello Yogis!

So I've added new yoga videos to the site. I hope everyone likes them (thanks YouTube). I am also in the middle of uploading another video (by yours truly) . I have been working very hard with the site and with a new studio my friends and I are opening here in Charlotte, NC. I'll be instructing there twice a week so new videos will be delivered weekly! I want to thank all of the members and fans MyFreeYoga.com has generated in the past three weeks and all I can say is that I am deeply inspired by all of you and thank you for all for your support and encouragement.

Namaste, Christina.

Why pay for yoga classes?

Students who are  paying for yoga instruction should reconsider. Free yoga Classes are availble online at a yoga fitness community called MyFreeYoga.com.

At MyFreeYoga.com yoga students can watch, comment, and even share free yoga videos. This yoga website was created for everyone interested in learning more about the practice of yoga. Christina Landry is the yoga instructor and founder of this site. Ms. Landry wanted to create an alternative for people wanting to know more about yoga before paying for expensive classes. MyFreeYoga.com has a yoga journal where she writes about her experiences and knowledge she has gained over the twelve years of teaching. Users of this yoga community also get to jot down their experiences and goals that they might have in the yoga journal.

This yoga fitness site is perfect for people who do not have enough time to go the yoga studio or for people that just want to try it out before paying for classes. MyFreeYoga.com has been online for almost a year but just recently turned into a yoga social network. This yoga fitness website was only a couple of pages and now it is a complete yoga community. This site also has over tweleve categories of different yoga practices, so when yoga instructors are uploading their own videos they can categorize them just so it is easy for members to find exactly what they are looking for. There is also some tools an features this site has to offer that is great for the yoga community such as, events. Users can post teacher training events, meditation retreats, and other workshops right unto the website. There are groups, forums, chat rooms and so much more for the yoga enthusiasts out on the web. What a great alternative and how green! No more wasting gas! Watch free yoga classes anytime, anywhere!
